I recently elected to have a new vehicle purchase fi nanced through the Credit Union and began working with Lori Ann Lane at your Philadelphia branch. To my delight, she was immediately helpful and had every piece of information I needed to proceed with my purchase. Everything was done via email and phone calls. Dear Gail Enda, Earlier this year, I visited the Credit Union with my husband and 93-year-old aunt, a 25-year American Airlines retiree, to make a series of complex and involved changes to her account since she was in the process of moving into an assisted living facility. Fortunately for us, we were waited on by Allyson Cruz in your Tulsa, Oklahoma, branch. Allyson was not only knowledgeable, but highly competent in all aspects of Credit Union procedures and policies. We found her suggestions and advice to be very helpful as we explained the myriad business affairs we needed to complete for my aunt.
