American Airlines Credit Union and the Flight Symbol are marks of American Airlines, Inc. This year has challenged many of us in ways we could never have imagined. There have been incredible losses. But there have also been wins. I'm particularly proud of our American Airlines Federal Credit Union team who quickly jumped into action to ensure we continued providing essential services to our members in a safe and caring way. While we had to close our branch lobbies temporarily, we were thrilled to welcome our members back when our doors reopened. We've also seen a shift toward more members using our remote services, and we're making ongoing enhancements to those delivery channels to ensure the best experience possible. Throughout this entire ordeal, the Credit Union has acknowledged that many people are hurting, and we've been working hard to do everything we can to help our members move forward. As part of our ongoing initiatives, we're offering a series of complimentary webinars hosted by our Financial Wellness team. During these live events, our experts will provide answers, tips and advice on a wide range of topics, from fi nancing (or refi nancing) your car or home to surviving market swings and budget challenges. Find out more at AACreditUnion.org/events. Of course, our Financial Wellness program includes a complete suite of tools and services, including our online, interactive guide, the Navigator; Wellness Check-Ups with our coaches and advocates; credit monitoring and more. And with helpful digital monitoring tools, you can keep up with your fi nances online whenever and wher- ever you may be. Speaking of online, as you can see, our digital editions of ™ are continuing with even more pieces relevant for the times in which we live, including stories on saving during a crisis (Page 5), making work from home work for you (Page 6), protecting yourself from scams (Pages 7 and 48), remodeling your home (Page 16) and much more. Take care, Gail Enda President & CEO
