She walked me through the process and was able to answer all of my questions. I just want to take this time to say you have a great employee! — Deborah Taville TIFFANY AHLFIELD Dear Angie Owens, I previously did not have a relationship with American Airlines Federal Credit Union. When I was interested in refi nancing my home loan, another employee suggested using the Credit Union because of your competitive rates. I had the opportunity to work with Linda Roach at your American headquarters branch, who assisted me in refi nancing my existing mortgage and obtaining a much lower rate. In addition, Johanna Lopez helped me open a new checking, savings and credit card account. Both employees were extremely helpful answering my questions while providing exemplary service. In fact, they did such an outstanding job, I also was able to refi nance my auto loan while working with Louise Miller. Again, I appreciated the time she took to assist me and the timeliness of completing the loan request.
