Farmington Hills,
died Sept. 29, 2015.
She is survived
by her husband,

and Adam Cohen, Carri and Adam
Riemer, Cody Farber, Brandon, Jodie
and Chad Schram; great-granddaugh-
ter, Olivia Riemer; brother and sister-
in-law, Paul and Florence Rappaport;
brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law,
Eugene Keller, Mona Rappaport, Cy
and Elisa Rott, Sheldon and Carol
Rott, Ruth and Paul Chosid. She is
also survived by Marty's children,
Steven Rott, Lisa Strobel and Larry
Rott; many special nieces and neph-
ews.
Mrs. Rott was the beloved wife of
the late Harold Rieger; the loving
sister of the late Alvin and the late
Kathleen Rappaport, the late Arline
and the late Louis Greenberg, the late
Lorraine Keller and the late Daniel
Rappaport.
Interment was at Beth El Memorial

Silverman
AUDREY
SILVERMAN, 88, of
Southfield, died
Sept. 18, 2015.
She was born in
the Bronx, N.Y.,
then moved to
Brooklyn. She met
her future husband
at a Hadassah dance
during World War II
at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Married for 64 years, Audrey
was active with Congregation Beth
Achim's sisterhood, Jewish Women's
International and Jewish War
Veteran's Auxiliary.
Mrs. Silverman is survived by her
daughter, Sherri Gelb; son-in-law,
Dr. Richard Gelb; and grandson,
Eric Gelb of Huntington Woods;
daughters, Susanne Silverman
of Minnesota, Dennise Trager of
Oregon; and grandchildren, Katy and
Daniel Trager.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Meyer Silverman; mother of the
late Ron Silverman; daughter of the
late Etta and the late Harry Berlin of
Brooklyn.
